Subject: Information on the processing of personal data of the users visiting the web sites pursuant to the Italian regulations and to the Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679
- DATA CONTROLLER
According to the Articles no. 4 and 24 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, the Data Protection Officer is Fox Petroli S.p.A. with registered office in Via Senigallia 29, 61122 Pesaro (PU), tel. +39 0721 40871, email@example.com, in its pro tempore legal representative.
- PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided by users will be processed, subject to the conditions for licit art. 6 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, for sending an email for the acquisition of information; the legal basis of the data processing is the legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f)
- PERIOD OF CONSERVATION OF THE DATA
The collected data will be treated through manual, computerized or telematic tools, with respect to the purposes for which they were collected and in a manner suitable for guaranteeing security and confidentiality. Personal data will be kept for the time necessary for the specific purposes, bearing in mind the reimbursement of the time required by law for the purposes of judicial protection of the interests of the User and of the Data Controller. Therefore, in compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the retention of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing: for information request data the retention time is maximum 6 months.
- RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided will be communicated to the recipients, who will process the data as managers (art. 28 of the EU Reg. 2016/679) and/or as natural persons who act under the authority of the Data Controller and of the Responsible (art. 29 of the UE Reg. 2016/679), for the purposes above mentioned in the point no. 2. Precisely, the data will be communicated to:
- subjects providing services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks, including e-mail and the website;
- freelancers, firms or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
- competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies;
The subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers.
- DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to a third country or to an international organization. However, it reserves the right to use cloud services; in which case, the service providers will be selected among those who provide adequate guarantees, as required by art. 46 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.
- NATURE OF THE CONFERRALITY AND REFUSAL
Apart from that specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide their personal data. The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Failure to provide data marked with the symbol *, will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the Data Controller.
- RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED
You can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Reg. 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at firstname.lastname@example.org. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller to access your personal data, to rectify it, to cancel it, to limit its processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to the portability of your data. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you, violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time. In the case of request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you in a structured format, in common and legible, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of the EU Reg. 2016/679.
